Que va a pasar dentro de 5, 10, 20 años? buena pregunta…
Hace poco nos invitaron filmar una conferencia organizada por Deloitte, y el expositor fue Wolfgang Grulke de FutureWorld, un reconocido futurólogo de Sudáfrica… futurólogo? existe esa profesión? pues si, Wolfgang da consultoría a empresas para tomar desiciones acertadas para el futuro, hasta tiene un blog (www.mindbullets.net) donde aparecen noticias ficticias del futuro, en el cual acertadamente en Mayo del 2005 mencionaba que iba a haber una crisis hipotecaria en los EEUU y este año se cumplió. Increíble!! bueno lo que me llamó mucho la atención es que decía que en el 2020 ya no van a existir lavadoras y secadoras lo cual a muchas amas de casa nos da mucha alegría.. Vas a colgar tu ropa en un pequeño closet, lo cierras, a los pocos minutos lo abres y estará limpia!
Esto me hace reflexionar con que va a pasar con nuestro trabajo y creo que hay algo super interesante que ya se esta gestando… Creo que habrá un nuevo híbrido de cine-fotógrafo donde con la misma cámara, se tomaran tanto fotografías fijas como videos de muy alta definción y los clientes contratarán a estos cinefotógrafos basándose en su talento y profesionalismo…
la cine camara fotografica del futuro?
Será más “cool” contratar a un cinefotógrafo talentoso de cualquier parte del mundo que a un fotógrafo y a un videógrafo local para un evento. Creo que esta fusión ya se esta dando gracias a nueva tecnología y vamos a tener que pensar fuera de lo preconcebido y explorar nuevas formas de trabajo… seguir puliendo habilidades para hacer fotografias y videos que les gusta a los clientes, hacer ahora CINEFOTOGRAFIA!!!!

Some days ago consulting firm Deloitte invited us to film a conference, and the speaker was Wolfgang Grulke of FutureWorld, a recognized futurologist of South Africa… futurologist? that profession exists? well yes! Wolfgang gives consultancy to businesses to help them make wise actions for the future, there’s even a blog (www.mindbullets.net) where fictitious news of the future appear, in which in May of 2005 they predicted that it was going to happen a mortgage crisis in the USA and it happened this year, wow!!
It came to my attention that he said that in the 2020 are not going to exist washing machines and dryers anymore, which to many housewives gives us a lot of happiness. By then, you are going to hang your clothes in a small closet, close it, in a few minutes open it and will be clean!
This conference made me think what is going to happen with our job and I believe that there is something very interesting that is already gestating… I believe that there will be a new hybrid profession of movie-photographer using the same camera, where still photographs will be taken as well as motion clips of very high definition and the clients will hire theses cine-photographers based on their talent and professionalism…
It will be cool to hire a talented cine-photographer from anywhere of the world than a local photographer and videographer for an event. I believe that this fusion is already happening thanks to new emerging technology and we are going to have to think out of the box and explore new forms of work… to continue polishing abilities to create photography and videos that touches our clients hearts, to create what I call CINEFOTOGRAFIA !!!
